About the Desk
Our Coverage Desk is responsible for the Origination of new clients for Krisha Kapital Finance across all products, divisions, and global geographies. The team actively engages with potential clients, understands their complex financial requirements, and converts mandates by presenting innovative solutions.
Having successfully entered new markets and sectors while maintaining deep bonds with existing ones, this team leverages an exceptional network. Currently, our desk manages high-level relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs), Sovereigns, and elite corporate clients globally.
📋 Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Client Origination & Strategy: Create and manage new deal flows and originate premium client engagements that align perfectly with the company’s growth strategy.
Relationship Management: Develop, strengthen, and sustain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients (governments, corporates, and financial institutions) across multiple geographies.
Deal Execution Support: Facilitate smooth dialogue between the client and various project execution teams regarding structural documentation, providing end-to-end support until deal closure.
Financial Analysis: Analyze and review corporate financial statements, identify critical areas of concern, and recommend viable, structured funding solutions.
Strategic Alliances: Implement agreed business strategies for new product lines, strategic partnerships, and international alliances.
🎯 Candidate Requirements & Experience
Education: Professional Qualification in Finance (MBA, CFA, CA) or a Graduate degree in a relevant field.
Core Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
Regional Exposure: Mandatory working exposure within the African continent.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in the French language (both spoken and written business communication).
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Credit/Corporate Finance, risk analysis, and evolving global market trends.
Adaptive Mindset: Agile enough to quickly understand a diverse, bespoke product portfolio and translate client needs into viable business opportunities.
Soft Skills: Strong people management, exceptional communication, quick thinking, and structured time management skills.
